A happy holiday...
2 January 2006 20:03So, it was Christmas, then it was Boxing Day, then I had a nasty cold, then Lou had a nasty cold, then I had to take Lou to A&E (she has managed to scratch her eye, right across the pupil) and tomorrow we're back to work. What a great break.
It did have it's moments- New Year's Eve was good fun and Christmas day and Boxing day were pretty cool, but by and large we didn't get a chance to do the things we wanted to and much of the period was spent lying around pathetically with cups of lemsip.
I got a new video card for Christmas, which was good but didn't work straight off. I replaced the power supply on my PC, which is the most likely culprit for this kind of problem didn't help and everything else I have tried appears to have done nothing at all which is starting to get a bit irritating.
