glenatronI've just caught a firm kick on my left kneecap. It's under ice now and I'm going to dose up on Arnica and Ibruprofen and really hope it's working properly come the weekend. Bloody ninjas.

Knee update: Between all the things I tried above and a good night's sleep the knee appears to be fine and I avoid having to do the Gathering in the style of the brittlest hobo.
