We finally had a whole weekend of nice weather.
It was really good on sunday to be able to do a bit of field tidying in the dry.

It turns out all roads really do lead to Small.
We went out for a ride as well:

sleepsy_mouse and Small are in the lead as usual. The heather is starting to turn and even the birches are beginning to get a tiny bit autumnal. They don't normally do that for a few weeks yet, as I recall it.

Using the rare medium of bright sunlight I have cunningly contrived to make Zorro appear photoshopped into this picture...
It was a lovely day for a ride and then we went straight from the yard to a lesson at Julian's place on his lovely spanish horse and today I can only just walk.
I'm starting to feel a bit coldy too, so it's time for an early night- can't be off colour for the clinic.
