A broken month

Today was my first follow-up physio appointment after the operation a couple of weeks ago. I am not in so much pain now and increasingly have use of my left arm. The physio was happy with my progress in terms of the range of movement I am regaining as time goes by and gave me some exercises to work on in order to keep extending that over the next few weeks. Apparently I should get advice on when I can start to do things again at my fracture clinic appointment on Friday, so hopefully it won't be too long after then that I can drive again and start to go places.

No idea how long it will be until I can ride. My thinking is that if I can saddle up I can probably ride as my saddle is far heavier than my reins will ever be...
