Totally flipping out!

The things being flipped being pancakes and "out" being out of the pan and onto the floor and/or kitchen furniture.

I realised when making the batter how english I am - if I'm noting down a recipe for my own use I will write liquid volumes in millilitres and weights in pounds and ounces. Best of both worlds.
