There is a chance of it being cancelled due to some confusion between us and the promoter and the fact that we spent most of last night standing in the freezing cold beside the M25 waiting for our tour (mini)bus to get replaced after the gearbox fell out.
The gig at the Borderline was surprising cos the headliners pulled out which was nervewracking cos we were going to use their drum kit but cool once we found a drum kit because we then got to headline. At the Borderline. The last couple of gigs have had given me a real sense that it could happen. It was a pleasure to see Ram and Polly, my sister-in-law who I have rarely got to meet outside the context of family gatherings.
