16 January 2009 01:03I fixed my camera!
I know that changing an LCD isn't the greatest achievement in history, but I'm not good at fixing activities, or fiddly ones and this was both. After a couple of tries I even managed to put it back together without any parts left over, which was a big surprise- I was expecting to have at least a couple of grub screws or an indeterminate piece of shaped metal left over at the end of it.

Date: 17 Jan 2009 17:34 (UTC)no parts left over, i'm impressed. :-)
by the way, my mom just bought a new laptop...her main justification being that her old one didn't allow her to download videos off of her digital camcorder at the end of a parelli clinic day so that she could watch them in the evening and 'improve even more by day 2.' Now she has one on the way that is able to write to dvds too...bonus...
