It seems to me that one of the best things about early summer is that it gives us evenings like this...


Small wonders why on earth I'm lying down with my camera.


Zorro following me down the hill wondering if I'm going to move the fence and give them a bit of extra grazing.


I did! I moved the fence! Zorro is so pleased he teaches my camera to do a nice depth-of-field focus trick.


I'm pretty sure that this is what it's all about if you're a horse. Peaceful grazing on tasty fresh grass.

Lovely photos. I STILL can't believe Shall is as big as he is. That first photo he still looks like a little welsh pony :)

He's only small for a horse, but he is quite big for a pony. Ever so fine and elegant though.
