A New Arrival
26 October 2007 00:33My mum and dad have been thinking for a while about getting a new dog. Today they went off to look at some young ones and see if they might be interested in taking one on at some future date.

This is puppy, as yet unnamed. She's 8 weeks old and almost entirely border collie. But not quite entirely. I intended to take this from further away, but she scampered faster than I expected...

She likes gnarling on hands, feet, trousers, shoelaces, gnarly puppy toys and phone leads...

She is very friendly and kissy. Also she likes scampering.

Being friendly, scampering and gnarling are hard work but fortunately there is lots of furniture around with puppy-sized bits at the base one can have a doze in.
She's ever so sweet natured and already showing a lot of squiggly border collie movement and border collie intelligence which will make her an amazing dog to train, no doubt. I don't think I'll get much sense beyond the word "PUPPY!!!!" out of
sleepsy_mouse for the next few days.
