glenatronJust back from the Jackals event which was really good fun. I've not got to many small events over the last year or so and it felt good to be in that kind of environment again. Sadly, Lou was unwell and spent most of the weekend hiding in our tent- on Saturday night I went to check on her at around 10 and fell asleep until 10 the next morning, which meant I missed a whole lot of nigh-time adventures in the rain but did get the 12 hours sleep I apparently needed.
Fortunately she did sneak out today and take a whole lot of pictures of the epic battle between ourselves and the forces of Damocles the highlights of which shall find their way to the Taffsite shortly.
Now it's time for that other staple of the Larp weekend, the post-event bath, which is another thing I am definitely looking forward to.
