I went and found the Bracknell Ninjas for the first time yesterday. We spent half of the training session working on rolls. I don't roll badly but I have got very accustomed to my crashmats and a whole lot of rolling on a hard wooden floor has highlighted a few deficiencies in my technique. The highlighting was done in the form of bruises, mostly on my knees, elbows, shoulders, back and legs.

Sounds like you're living the dream.
