Pro-fun decisions?
30 June 2005 12:05I don't get paid until late next week before which I need to tax my car which I've just also MOT'd so my bank account is pretty much empty. Moot 2 will cost me at least 100 quid - 50 on the door, 35-40 petrol and the price of food for the weekend. We certainly can't afford for Lou and I to both go and I'm thinking I probably can't afford for just me to go. I would expect to spend much of the weekend monstering, too, which is really good fun, but would probably be more fun if I'd payed a prebook price than the gate fee - especially as I can monster pretty much any small event for free.
Trouble is, I really like the moots and I do quite want to go- it's just that common sense is reeling heavily against the decision, especially as I could use the weekend to sort out a whole lot of niggling and minor things that I just need to get done.
It's a tricky one so I'll throw it out to everyone else to tell me I should be going to the Moot...
