Well the fateful day has arrived...

I decided to trim my beard off in stages, to see what comedy intermediate points I could find. You might consider the original point to be the "Angry French Policeman" look from the other day. This is what happened:


"The imperceptible chin-tuft." Certainly less perceptible than the huge tuft on the back of my head. One of the problems with me as a beard grower is that my facial hair doesn't really come in dark enough to be noticeable so it looks even more pathetic than it is. And it is very pathetic to start with.


"Less beard, more chins."


"Sheriff Fat-face" - the 'tache alone really needed the hat for balance.

Given that I'm still wearing a sling, what would it take for me to shave off my mighty beard?

Muttonchops I simply cannot grow. That area of my face sprouts facial hair at a rate of approximately 1 per square centimetre. It's embarrassing really. More so, I mean, even than that original beard.
