Another comic recommendation

From time to time I discover new webcomics that are in some way awesome, to me at least, and end up reading them from start to finish. Most recently this has happened with Questionable Content which is a kind of random soap opera about a nice-guy indie snob consistently failing to get it on with the girl he is in love with. It's well written and very funny, like Friends might be if they hated Friends and loved Sigur Ros. It does reward reading from the start because the scripts and storyline are great although the guy couldn't draw at all for the first couple of years, a period during which you can only tell the difference between the characters by colour of their hair.

I really like that, actually. It's not quite as funny as I want it to be, but I do keep reading it. I find that just as it gets into a lull, it has a funny one-off episode, and restores my faith...

Having come to it recently I found that reading it in a block you kind of get the best of both worlds cos you can follow the story and you forget about the less funny comics and get all the really good ones in one go. Certainly going to be a regular from now on.
